Sr. Corporate FP&A Analyst


ASC is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Senior Analyst with 4-7 years of experience to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in providing financial insights, supporting business decisions, and driving performance through thoughtful analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.




How You Will Help


  • Support Corporate FP&A activities, such as planning and forecasting, reporting and analysis, financial modeling and research.
  • Understand key business drivers, track KPIs and maintain scorecards; prepare accurate and timely analytics and business commentary.
  • Drive preparation of cadenced reporting package and support development of MD&A.
  • Deliver timely and accurate Executive-level presentations and Board packages in a polished and professional manner.
  • Support interaction with P/E sponsor and field requests.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and templates to support deliverables.
  • Assist with corporate finance initiatives, including financial modeling, gathering market intelligence, benchmarking against competitors, and tracking synergies.
  • Assist with long-range strategic planning as needed.
  • Perform M&A related analytics including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
  • Manage and drive assigned financial projects to completion, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement; apply best practice, propose and create solutions for process standardization and automation to scale the business
  • Build a strong cross-functional partnership with key stakeholders and drive collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Perform research and ad hoc analysis as required and dive deeps into special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What You Will Bring


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA and/or progress towards CFA designation a plus
  • 4 - 7 years of finance, accounting, or business experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
  • Self-starter; proactive, positive and can-do attitude
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; data savvy
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
  • Experience reviewing public company filings and third-party research as well as researching public companies, markets, and macro-economic indicators
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools a plus, such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or similar BI tools
  • Hyperion/Oracle EPM knowledge preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing a plus


Compensation


The base salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD annually*.
