Position Title: TRANSFORMATION MANAGER-REGIONAL

Location: Dallas / Fort Worth - Ft Worth, TX

Position Type: Full Time


Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will work alongside and report to the Regional Vice President. The position tasks include working with cross-functional leaders across the company to facilitate the execution of strategic projects and transformational initiatives, project tracking and risk-mitigation, and performing detailed financial and operational analysis. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural propensity toward project management and an execution-oriented mindset, possess excellent leadership and communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), and possess strong analytical skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for coordinating, managing, and leading enterprise-wide projects to support long-term strategic goals, and managing operational and financial performance analytics.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring project performance
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders across the business to ensure successful completion of projects and initiatives
  • Conducting financial and operational analysis to help determine opportunities to increase profitability (i.e., increase revenues, reduce costs, increase efficiencies, etc.)
  • Communicating complex concepts to a broad range of stakeholders, to include corporate and field level stakeholders
  • Works collaboratively with data and analytics team to develop and manage critical reports and dashboards
  • Works with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic presentations


Qualifications:

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Business related undergraduate degree
Experience: 15+ years of dynamic business experience; management consulting highly preferred
Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PPT, exposure to data & analytics platforms (e.g. PowerBI), and exposure to Project Management tools (e.g., MS Monday)
Other Requirements: Position will be 75% remote. Periodic travel to the office will be required as needed
