Quality and Regulatory Assurance Country Lead
Role Outline
Driving the delivery of QRA processes in the region aligned to the strategic business agenda:
Key Responsibilities
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in science and Environment Management, bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering   or any other related Course                                                                                  Â
• At least 5 years of management/supervisory responsibility experience.                                                                            Â
• Experience in leading non-specialists in technical and regulatory applications                                                 Â
• Credible with Operations staff in Gemba and Coaching activity                                                                                           Â
• Experience and working knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and methodology                                                  • Certified Quality Auditor                                                                                                                                                 Â
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good facilitation skills                                                      Â
• Leadership and influencing skills                                                                                                                                                Â
• Good presentation and project management skills                                                                                                                 Â
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to express an opposing view effectively and diplomatically                                           Â
• Ability to enter and manipulate data to generate reports in a timely manner                                                                    Â
• Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing using applications such as Microsoft Office for tracking, analyzing, and communicating related data                                                                                                       Â
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulations                                                                                      Â
• Ability to be flexible and work effectively (deliver results) with a practical outlook within a dynamic matrix organization with minimal supervision
• Operational experience of the Supply Chain or similar process industry (eg Manufacturing, activity involving shopfloor labour processes)
