Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and DHL standards.
  • Support the Operation teams in conducting and reviewing the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) on a yearly basis, ensuring it remains current and effective.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards then propose actions and solutions to Site Management team.
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to HSE champion and employees on HSE best practices.
  • Monitor and report HSE performance metrics at the responsibility area
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Coordinate emergency response plans and drills in the sites of Dong Nai areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of HSE standards into all operational activities.
  • Involve and support operations audits from Customers and Government agencies, ensuring readiness and compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Plan, develop, and implement engaging safety programs and initiatives—such as interactive mini-games and World Safety Day (WSD) activities—to actively raise employee awareness and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Stay updated on laws, compliance gaps, and suggest corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Bachelor, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE supervision or management, preferably in service logistics provider or production plant (scope 300 working people).
  • Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
  • Ability to work independently and travel within the Dong Nai area and as required.
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. . . .
  • Good English in writing and translating.
