- Lead the design of WMS solutions that integrate seamlessly with DHL’s standardized IT products (e.g., Centiro, TMS, WCS), ensuring alignment with operational best practices, business and customer requirements.
- Lead the technical implementation of the IT solution in collaboration with the IT application consultants and developers, while contributing hands-on to the system configuration and testing.
- Transparently share the configuration, development, and test progress with stakeholders. Proactively communicate on issues, risks, and scope changes, and suggest suitable mitigating actions.
- Develop training materials and workshops to educate cross-functional teams on WMS capabilities, standardization policies, and best practices.
- Mentor junior IT Solution Managers and Application Consultants, fostering expertise in WMS configuration, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess solution performance, user adoption, and operational efficiency, identifying opportunities for process refinement or additional training.
## Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management**, or a related field.
- 7+ years in IT solution management, with at least 5 years specializing in warehouse management systems (WMS) within logistics or supply chain environments.
- Proven experience designing and implementing WMS solutions (Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates) for large-scale, multi-site operations, including integration with ERP, TMS, and automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of E2E supply chain management and logistics processes
- Pragmatic mindset with a focus on real-world solutions
- Proficiency in **business process modeling**, requirements management tools, and Agile/Waterfall project frameworks.

- **Analytical Rigor**: Expertise in root-cause analysis, gap assessment, and cost-benefit modeling for IT solutions.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Skilled in managing relationships with senior leadership, operations teams, and external clients.
