You will be involved in end-to-end Project/Program Management of multiple projects focused on implementing new or transforming existing reference data systems. You will plan, coordinate & control all project work packages, manage global cross-functional teams & liaise with Business IT representatives.

As a Principal Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile practices.
  • Assess team maturity and provide tailored guidance to improve performance and self-organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect on their processes and outcomes.
  • Planning: Defining the project's scope, goals, and objectives.
  • Budgeting: Estimating costs, establishing budgets, and tracking spending.
  • Risk management: Identifying potential risks early and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Team management: Assigning tasks based on team members' skills and experience and ensuring team members are performing to their best potential.
  • Communication: Communicating with team members, external partners and business stakeholders to determine project status and identify potential roadblocks.
  • Issue resolution: Ensuring issues related to scope, budget, and resource allocation are resolved effectively.
  • Time management: Using timesheets or project management software to see how the team is spending their time and whether projects remain on track.
  • Change management: Dealing with changes to the project, committed delivery on time with quality and ensuring 0 impact to production due to changes.
  • Documentation: Preparing documents and managing reports.

As an Agile Coach cum Project Manager, having knowledge on Confluence is a huge plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Coach (ICP-ACC), Project Management Professional (PMP) are often preferred as part of this role.

You are a project management aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of project management methodologies & principles and strong communication & stakeholder management skills. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
