Join Our Team as a First Level Support Key User! 


Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the dynamic world of logistics? DHL Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled First Level Support Key User to join our team. We are looking for someone that is customer-oriented with strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly to non-technical users. Previous experience in IT support is an advantage, but this role can be for anyone who has cultivated interest in how systems work, how they are connected, and would like to get true insight in the ‘IT world’.


As the primary point of contact for end users throughout the EMEA region, you will play a crucial role in supporting account management and assisting users with company business applications and information systems. This position requires you to quickly identify issues across a diverse array of operating systems and applications, conduct diagnostic assessments, and confidently propose effective solutions in a clear, non-technical language. Your main objective is to uphold and deliver a consistent DHL Supply Chain global IT service standard, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.


Key Responsibilities: 

·       Manage user accounts, coordinate master data.

·       Support local operation team in system related issues.

·       Gain a broad understanding of WMS - Warehouse Management System (order processing, inventory management) and other systems that are used within the organization.

·       Demonstrate the ability to diagnose the problem and identify whether it can be solved at point of call or the incident needs to be escalated to an advanced or higher level of IT support according to agreed local processes and policies.

·       Act in a positive, client-focused way whilst resolving incidents in a timely and efficient manner and while fulfilling requests of operations related to Warehouse Management System.

·       Respond efficiently and effectively to customer queries on EDI - Electronic Data Interchange, Webservice communications, VPN connectivity.

·       Manage and prioritize customer tickets in often demanding and challenging circumstances.

·       Participate in system implementation projects, UAT testing and system trainings.

·       Preferable experience in Logistics for 1 year.
