We are seeking a Commercial Data Analyst to join our CDO Finance, Commercial, and Investment Controlling team. In this role, you will leverage your data analytics and technical skills to support the development of innovative, user-friendly solutions that enhance decision-making across the organization. You will be instrumental in optimizing reporting processes and ensuring data quality while collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Your key accountabilities include:

  • Develop and maintain database objects and data analytics procedures to enhance reporting and data quality in dashboards.
  • Support existing analytics and automation solutions to improve performance and leverage new tools.
  • Ensure compliance with IT architecture protocols, maintaining documentation and controlled access.
  • Create training materials for the effective use of new solutions and facilitate change management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Plan and deliver cross-functional analytics use cases, managing the project lifecycle from design to implementation.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to best practices development.

What are we looking for from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, IT, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of programming languages for data analytics, specifically SQL and DAX (Python is a plus).
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (PowerApps is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges.
  • Understanding of project management and DevOps methodologies, including tools like GitHub/Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Smartsheet.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at various expertise levels.
