We’re looking for a Manager, NA Renewals Team for our office in Alpharetta, GA. The position is full-time. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

About the role

The North America Renewals Manager is a trusted advisor to sales and account management who leads a team of Customer Advocates responsible for ensuring accurate and timely renewals. This role is pivotal in solving cross-functional customer issues, and executing growth initiatives, with a focus on recurring revenue growth. This role acts as a strategic advisor and operational liaison between Sales, Renewals, Billing, Finance, and Collections to ensure customer concessions—such as pricing adjustments, billing corrections, and renewal accommodations—are evaluated, approved, and executed efficiently.

You will play a critical role in balancing customer satisfaction with financial governance, ensuring that concessions support long-term retention while safeguarding revenue and profitability.

You will also:

  • Analyze team performance and customer data to determine revenue growth opportunities
  • Manage daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the Renewals team.
  • Lead and manage the post-deal customer concession process across North America.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and execute pricing adjustments, renewal concessions, and billing resolutions.
  • Ensure all concessions comply with financial controls, governance policies, and profitability standards.
  • Analyze financial and operational impacts of concession requests, escalating high-risk cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular reporting on concession trends and financial exposure.
  • Partner with leadership to improve governance frameworks and minimize revenue leakage.
  • Support strategic renewal negotiations by advising on concession structures and approval thresholds.

About you:

  • 2+ years’ experience leading customer-facing teams
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of supporting a variety of stakeholders
  • Exhibits sound business judgment and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and providing clear answers to complex problems
  • Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
  • Ownership mentality with a track record and ability to “get things done”
  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
  • Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks
