Physical Requirements
Sitting for extended periods of time behind a wheel of a vehicle, lifting, pushing and pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Climbing steps or ladders up to 6 ft. Sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time and repetitive motion tasks. Risk of injuries from use of equipment on the job.
Shift

Job Summary
UK is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Fleet Manager to oversee a diverse fleet and optimize its utilization through strategic vendor management, data-driven decision-making, and effective technology implementation. This role will be pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance across various fleet types and departmental needs. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging fleet management applications and analytics to recommend strategic fleet movements, manage relationships with third-party vendors, and empower our team through comprehensive app training.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel), knowledge of ADA Regulations, comfortable with technology in general and able to learn and adapt to custom software platforms.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/Experience
A Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement is preferred but not required.
Driver’s license and clean driving record required.
