Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the compensation and benefits processes and policies for DHL Supply Chain Vietnam and driving new global and regional aligned initiatives to ensure that the right reward strategies are put in place for internal and external talent.
  • Involve working with regional stakeholders to harmonize policies, engaging with the business on talent management, and maintaining an effective rewards framework.
  • Partnering with the stakeholders to provide input and advice on reward matters.
  • Manage all elements of the employee reward package including pay, benefits, bonus, pension, long-term incentives and executive remuneration.
  • Support the development and administration of Rewards programs, position descriptions, salary surveys; develop and conduct analyses to align employee pay levels with the external and internal value of jobs as well as employee performance in line with business needs, Rewards plans, best practices and local legal requirements.
  • Manage the annual Pay & Bonus Review for Vietnam, analysing market data to propose salary increases, creating an appropriate process and timeline as well as partnering with the business to ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Act as the key contact for HR business partners to provide guidance on remuneration including salary package offers, salary changes and 'off-cycle' salary reviews.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process with a focus on labour costs.
  • Prepare high-quality benchmarking analysis based on external salary surveys.
  • Prepare recommendations, and support changes to the compensation & benefits plans after analysing the market trends and ensure compliance to the specific business needs.
  • Implement, roll out, and manage HR systems.
  • Check and approve payroll and escalation point for complex payroll queries.
  • Provide support and guidance as required on C&B or related topic areas. Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the country.
  • Develop and roll out the appropriate Year-End Process guidelines and manage the salary budget to ensure FTE tracking and salary costs are within budget. Provide accurate information to support annual operating plans and salary reviews.
  • Leading process related to payroll, approving payroll and escalation point for complex payroll queries.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits Management role, Payroll, Total Rewards.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with regional stakeholders in multinational working environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience in partnering with HRBPs and business leaders.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
