Forwarder - Military veterans preferred

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the shipment process, including booking, documentation and customs clearance
• Demonstrate expertise in navigating complex supply chain networks to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Constantly monitor the market
• Outstanding communication with clients to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods

Requirements:

• Proficient in managing export logistics processes, including shipment booking, trucking coordination, and documentation preparation.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all logistics operations.
• Proficiency in utilizing logistics management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity
• Fluent in English and Estonian
