The Manager, Partner Development supports a Director, Partner Development on a portfolio of Power 4 schools, while independently managing their own territory of key Division I partners. This role requires strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of SIDEARM’s digital products, and a commitment to driving partner success, adoption, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director in managing Power 4 partnerships, including renewals, reporting, and strategic engagement
  • Lead the day-to-day management of an assigned group of Division I partners
  • Conduct partner meetings (virtual and in-person) to review performance, introduce solutions, and identify growth opportunities
  • Understand partner goals and align SIDEARM products and services to meet objectives
  • Drive product adoption and upsell opportunities across assigned accounts
  • Gather and relay partner feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement
  • Set and manage expectations regarding project timelines, deliverables, and capabilities
  • Act as the first escalation point for issues within assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with Support, Development, Product, and Project Management teams
  • Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and best practices documentation
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support team and company initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in collegiate athletics, digital sports, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of digital technology within college athletics
  • Proven success in relationship management and strategic account service
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to travel and represent SIDEARM at partner locations and events
  • Adaptability to different partner styles and organizational structures
