Part-Time Weekend Janitorial Event Support – City of Irvine Parks & Rec

Location: Various Recreational Centers in the City of Irvine
Hours: Weekends, 10 AM – 8 PM (Flexible shifts)
Pay: Competitive hourly wage (include range if possible)

We’re hiring Janitorial Event Support Staff to join our team on weekends. You’ll help maintain clean, presentable facilities during community events like weddings, birthday parties, sports tournaments, and more.

• Drive a company vehicle to multiple parks and recreation centers.
• Perform cleaning duties, including trash removal, restroom sanitation, and general upkeep.
• Ensure each location is fresh, tidy, and ready for visitors the next day.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Reliability and flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train you!
• Problem solving skills
• Time management skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
