  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account strategies to align customer goals with Comtech’s offerings, delivering tailored solutions that drive value.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track account performance metrics, and report on revenue growth and customer satisfaction with KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of NG911 solutions and to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to position Comtech as the preferred partner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or public safety sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in growing existing customer accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience managing contract renewals and negotiating terms with enterprise or government clients.
