We’re searching for a Germany based Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team, so that we can join our Workforce Management team, so that we can deliver locally relevant, innovative solutions tailored to the specific needs of the German healthcare market. The Senior Product Manager will own a multi-product portfolio and lead the regional product strategy to drive commercial success and improve healthcare delivery across Germany.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle in the German market, maximising value from ideation through to successful delivery and market growth.
  • Develop and execute a compelling, market-specific product vision and strategy aligned to the needs of the German healthcare sector.
  • Own the commercial performance of the product portfolio, including P&L management, pricing strategies, market penetration, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success—to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Utilise in-depth knowledge of the German healthcare landscape to inform product positioning, navigate regulatory requirements, and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and integrating feedback into ongoing product development and strategic planning.
  • Partner with key external stakeholders—healthcare institutions, regulatory bodies, and industry collaborators—to enhance offerings and broaden market reach.
  • Co-develop short- and long-term product roadmaps with Product Managers to meet evolving market needs and business objectives.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the product team, ensuring clarity of purpose, skill development, and high performance.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Experience in product management, ideally in healthcare or workforce management solutions.
  • Proven success in owning and growing a multi-product portfolio, including successful new product launches.
  • In-depth knowledge of the German healthcare system, including local regulatory requirements, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Strong ability to define and execute product vision and strategy, focused on delivering customer value and business success.
  • High-level business acumen, including P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and financial management.
  • Proven analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions, monitor performance, and refine strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, sales, customer success) across regional and global settings.
  • Ability to travel within Germany 2–3 days per month for customer or team meetings.
  • Fluency in English is essential to ensure alignment and effective collaboration across global teams.
