The Sales Operations Associate provides coordination and administrative support for our State and Local Government Division.

Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support day-to-day activities of the organization’s internal operations and assigned administration responsibilities.
  • Direct and deliver efficient procedures by managing processes, aligning teams, and optimizing workflows to support sales and revenue operations.
  • Support the sales team by meeting reporting requirements and maintaining Salesforce data such as: project set up, users, SOW revenue records, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Support the sales and accounting teams with follow-up to support the accounts receivable collection process.
  • Support the project delivery and accounting teams with follow-up to gather timesheets and monthly vendor invoices.
  • Provide support with sales renewals and sales quotes and generally provide support to the proposal team as required.
  • Provide support to coordinate marketing conferences and to coordinate travel by booking plane tickets and hotel or car reservations and by resolving travel issues.
  • Act as a liaison to the Corporate Services team and State and Local Government Division.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience with Sales Operations.
  • 1-5 years of experience providing general administrative assistance.
  • Must be capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be extremely well organized with an ability to juggle priorities and multi-task.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce preferred.

The compensation for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and flexible paid time off.
