Epsilon C5I is seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Senior Program Analyst to support Navy Information Operations (IO) programs. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in program planning, execution, and performance tracking, with a deep understanding of Navy IO mission areas such as Electronic Warfare (EW), Operational Security (OPSEC), Military Deception (MILDEC), and Psychological Operations (PSYOP).
This role requires the ability to work closely with Program Managers, Government leads, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met on time and within scope. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day program execution across multiple Navy IO initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer priorities.
Assist in the development, review, and tracking of program documentation including work breakdown structures (WBS), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and program management plans (PMPs).
Coordinate and monitor the progress of technical tasks, deliverables, and contract performance metrics.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for internal leadership and government customers.
Analyze and evaluate cost, schedule, and performance data to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Track and manage action items, contract modifications, and funding documents.
Interface with government sponsors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate communication and timely resolution of issues.
Maintain awareness of evolving IO requirements and assist in shaping programmatic responses to new tasking.
Provide subject matter expertise to support proposals, data calls, and strategic planning efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., National Security, Political Science, Business Administration, or Engineering).
Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs, with at least 3 years in Navy IO, ISR, or SIGINT-related efforts.
Strong knowledge of Navy IO mission areas and familiarity with relevant operational concepts and systems.
Experience supporting program planning, execution, and reporting in a government or defense contracting environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare and deliver high-quality briefings and reports.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and collaboration tools such as MS Teams and Planner.
Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a related field.
Experience with Navy Information Warfare commands or related operational units.
Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle, PPBE process, and Navy financial systems.
Familiarity with task order-based contracts, CDRLs, and program compliance requirements.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is $165,000-175,000 annually. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
