Minimum Qualifications :
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ServiceNow, Cisco, Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft 365, OneDrive migration,
- Master's degree required or in active pursuit and completion within 2 years from date of hire or transfer.
- Minimum 10 years related experience, including technical management leadership experience required.
- Candidate must demonstrate ability to work within a complex, multisite environment required.
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills required.
- Candidates must also demonstrate flexibility to cooperatively and effectively work with people from various organization levels and build consensus through negotiation and diplomacy.
POSITION SUMMARYThe AVP of Technology and Infrastructure supports organizational goals by providing technical direction for the development, design and execution of technical projects and the effective allocation of resources.
This position provides leadership and guidance in all aspects of the project cycle. This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Engineering, Network, Technical Support, Asset Management, and Customer Service Desk and Operations teams.
This position acts as the main point of contact for technical and infrastructure projects. This position is responsible for maintenance and support of all data centers, data closets and infrastructure objects.
The AVP of Technology and Infrastructure works under the direct supervision of the CIO.
This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION: Master's degree required or in active pursuit and completion within 2 years from date of hire or transfer.

• Establishes and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization's executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.

WORK ENVIRONMENTThis position requires repetitive motion, fingering, hearing, pushing, reaching, and reading, seeing, speaking, standing and walking a majority of the time. This position spends time with such equipment as computer terminal, fax machine, copier, and telephone. Occasional driving also required.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPThis position reports to department leadership and supervises incumbents as assigned.
