Overview

Dine Source is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the AF Civil Engineering section of the AFLCMC BES organization. We are looking for a candidate with strong program management and communication skills. The candidate must have the knowledge, experience and thought leadership required to provide full-spectrum PROGRAM MANAGEMENT and Capability Delivery Team (CDT) services to support the planning, design, test, update, documentation, implementation, development, and sustainment/fielding of CE's automated systems at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL.



Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for all work completed by contractor personnel.
  • Possess experience in AF acquisition and be familiar with different strategies to successfully implement IT capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to all standards in support of stakeholder meetings, staff meetings, engineering meetings, and other program meetings, as required.
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) evaluation and analysis.
  • Support PMs to monitor program updates in MICT.
  • Develop and maintain tools and processes to track program cost, schedule, risk, and other performance indicators.
  • Provide ongoing planning, tracking and reporting, meeting support, communications and document support, information sharing, and cross-program coordination.
  • Identify and recommend risk management strategies to handle cost, schedule, and/or performance problems.
  • Perform program risk management analysis.
  • Track projects using appropriate software as identified by the government (e.g. Jira, MS Project).
  • Provide engineering assessments, analyses, reviews, evaluations and recommendations pertaining to risk management strategies and plans, which will be used to identify, analyze, mitigate, track and control risks throughout the life cycle.
  • Track section, branch, division, and other level taskers and assist in accomplishing and ensuring on time completion.


Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance required!
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Program Manager
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. May be waived with an additional 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project, Agile experience, SAFE Certification preferred. Prior 63A/GS 1101 experience preferred.
  • Has over 10 years of experience and an MA/MS degree; typically works on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently;
  • May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job
