We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Health and Safety Business Partner to lead our safety strategy and drive excellence across our ground handling network. ?WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and manage the safety strategy across our Ground Handling Operations.
• Drive the development and implementation of new Ground Handling Regulations.
• Enhance and standardize our Safety Management System (SMS) for consistency and compliance.
• Promote a Pro-Active Just Safety Culture, ensuring continuous improvement and top-tier safety performance.
• Provide leadership to safety teams, fostering high performance and professional growth.
• Build strong partnerships with customers and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

?WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven experience in aviation safety, cargo handling, or ground handling operations (essential).
• Strong background in incident investigation, SMS implementation, and Quality Assurance development.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Aviation Safety or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customers and complex stakeholder relationships.
