Join our development team, which is changing the way how DHL Express works – from pickup to delivery. We are looking for an Associate consultant analyst, who will contribute to the development and delivery of business-critical web and mobile IT solutions.

Within the team, we are using modern product development approaches, with focus on micro-service architecture, reusability, cloud technologies, and most of all, building products that matter and bring value.

You will play a key role in building digital capabilities of DHL Express by developing application can will improve the efficiency of our operation. 

The position of Associate Consultant Analyst in Containerization Team will be primarily focused on business requirements analysis for Express. You will have great opportunity to get the full overview of the whole product delivery lifecycle as the team is responsible for delivering web frontend, backend systems, integrations, and the data storage as one package. You will assist senior consultant function within team and provide ad-hoc support as needed. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to liaison with numerous internal and external customers.

As an Associate IT Solutions Consultant, having business analysis, DevOps and quality assurance experience is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence and various types of testing tools will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of IT fundamentals. You are able to work independently prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Rick Chan and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2015, when I took a role as Associate Project Manager in the Containerization team. Gaining more hands-on experience with project management has always fascinated me, so I moved to the Manifest team. In 2024, I moved to a management role, being Manager of Team.
