Kastle Systems, the premier provider of property technology solutions, is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure Services that will be responsible for the overall planning, organizing, execution and management of enterprise IT Infrastructure and End-User Services in the company. The Sr. Manager, IT Infrastructure Services, holds a highly technical role and is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, execution, and management of enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user services within the company. This includes managing 24x7 IT service operations, upgrades, cloud services, cost management, and enterprise IT helpdesk services to meet management and organizational requirements, as well as supporting and maintaining existing applications, ITIL services, change management, implementation of new services, and ongoing enhancements. The Senior IT Infrastructure Manager develops a comprehensive and integrated strategy to advance the company’s business services in support of its strategic goals and continued excellence in technology services.

Responsibilities

  • Implements and maintains IT service management standards, processes, and best practices for a broad customer and employee base (mostly ITIL-based)
  • Monitors the industry landscape to keep visibility on evolution, trends, and best practices related to IT infrastructure services excellence, SLA management, monitoring, and reporting
  • Leads IT support services including the enterprise infrastructure and end-user services, 24x7 operations, helpdesk, service monitoring, incident management, timely response, and reporting.
  • Manages the operations of new and existing platforms, systems, and tools to satisfy current and future business and corporate needs across our organization, external partners, and key vendors.
  • Works with management and engineers to develop and maintain an overall information technology service strategy, cloud services, data retention, back-up, disaster recovery, and business continuity
  • Provides service strategy, configuration, and execution as it relates to operational processes and system needs including networks, servers, containers, active directory, data, access, and controls.
  • Evaluates new IT products or services, recommending changes to existing products or services for improved end user and customer best practices.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer fields or four years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience
  • 4+ years of deep technical experience in the field of Information Technology and Infrastructure
  • Leadership experience, with high potential and desire for managing staff, motivating, coaching, and developing team members (starting with a good foundation and a quick learner)
  • Experience leading an IT team, setting strategic short- and long-term goals for successful execution
  • Experience in multitasking, implementing operational & process improvements for the enterprise
  • Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, software, and various Microsoft tools and services
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail and execution
  • Successful approach for completing tasks and managing projects. Excellent organization and follow-through skills
  • Keep up to date on emerging technologies, trends, and desire to learn new enabling capabilities
  • Proficiency with configuring security for Windows, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, VMWare, networks, containers, and firewalls
