General Summary

The Football Video Coordinator at Eastern Michigan University oversees all aspects of Football audio-visual productions using different production methods and techniques.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of football coaches' film, including filming of practices, games, recruiting, and workouts.
  • Responsibility for practice and game coordinator of student film crew.
  • Creating team highlight films and developing content for team website, including writing, filming, narration, and post-production.
  • Updating, maintaining, and producing content for the team Social Media outlets and recruiting website.
  • Manage over 120+ iPads for entire Football team and coaching staff.
  • Oversee digital game trade using specific internet based programs mandated by the conference with opposing teams and conference officials.
  • Perform related Departmental duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree is required.

At least 1 year experience with a collegiate or professional athletic program required, preferably football.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of XOS ThunderHD and XOS Thundercloud, DragonFlySTORM, Hudl, iMovie, Final Cut, Microsoft, Mac. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) preferred.
