Job Summary
The UK Pigman College of Engineering is seeking a highly motivated professional to work with the Director of Recruitment to utilize research and data analysis from our program to develop a strategic recruiting plan, which will include:
- visiting high schools in Kentucky
- schedule personal meetings with visiting students
- scheduling virtual meetings and events for prospective students
- assisting in the development of high-quality recruiting materials
- developing new initiatives to attract eligible freshmen and transfer students to the engineering program
The individual must communicate frequently with prospective students and families via phone, email, virtual and in-person interactions. The selected candidate will plan, coordinate, and attend recruitment and outreach events directed at potential students throughout the year.
Frequent travel throughout Kentucky is required.
