Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Senior Tax Manager to lead our tax operations and planning initiatives. This role focuses on systems implementation, process improvement, and strategic projects across the global tax function. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone with strong technical and technology experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead key tax operational initiatives including ERP tax reporting enhancements, transfer pricing implementation, and intercompany process improvements
Manage tax data governance and reporting infrastructure to support compliance and provision
Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, and technology teams to improve tax-related processes and controls
Support strategic tax initiatives such as Country-by-Country Reporting, Pillar II readiness, and process automation
Assist with ongoing improvements in U.S. and international tax compliance and provision workflows
Partner with the Head of Tax on planning, modeling, and cross-functional projects
Qualifications:
8–10+ years of progressive tax experience, preferably including both Big 4 public accounting and large corporate in-house roles
CPA strongly preferred
Strong U.S. corporate tax foundation with exposure to ASC 740, international tax and transfer pricing
Proven experience in ERP implementation and tax process improvement (Workday experience a plus)
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a dynamic environment
Salary Range: $160k-$215k
Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
