Shift
Multiple Shifts Needed:

7:30am – 4:15pm;
3:30pm – 12:15am;
11:30pm – 7:45am

Hours of work may vary dependent upon situational factors and may include some
night(s), weekend(s), and holiday(s) response.

About the Role:

As a STEPS Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for both routine and unscheduled maintenance of building systems and electrical/mechanical support systems across campus. Your key duties include troubleshooting and repairing:

  • Plumbing fixtures and minor HVAC systems (AHUs, reheats, coils, thermostats, valves)

  • Mechanical and architectural components (locksets, door hardware)

  • Wastewater piping systems—cutting, soldering, and threading various pipe types

  • Minor fire alarm, nurse call, and medical gas system issues

  • Electrical motors, pump systems, minor ice machine and steam system problems

  • Minor roofing and automatic door concerns

Driver’s License required.
