Position Summary
Straumann is seeking a high-performing Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our North America digital solutions portfolio. This position will initially focus on 3D printing solutions — a fast-evolving space with high potential for adoption — but portfolio ownership may evolve over time. You’ll lead go-to-market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to position Straumann as a digital dentistry leader.

You’ll join a team known for straddling the line between upstream and downstream marketing — where fast-paced innovation, strong cross-functional leadership, and structured execution are key.

Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches, aligned with global HQ
• Manage lifecycle strategy for existing solutions with a focus on growth and repositioning
• Drive value propositions, storytelling, and content development in partnership with MARCOM
• Conduct competitive and market research to inform positioning and strategic focus
• Serve as cross-functional team lead across Sales, Clinical, Education, Customer Success, and Regulatory
• Own development of commercial assets, pricing strategy, and promotional tactics
• Engage with the field (up to 10% travel) to gather insights and champion customer-centric execution
• Support sales with tools, enablement materials, and ongoing product training

Work Environment & Physical Demands
General office environment. No special physical demands are required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of product marketing or commercial strategy experience
• 2+ years of experience of launch excellence and driving strategic GTM initiatives
• 2+ years of experience utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, and basic design skills (Adobe/InDesign a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medtech or SaaS experience
• Experience in dental or medical industries is welcome but not required
• Ability to comprehend and translate technical solutions into compelling market-facing narratives
• High degree of ownership, structure, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
