Responsibilities

This position is for a 24 hour call center and the shift will be:

8AM-4:30PM CST on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

OR

12PM-8:30PM CST on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

 

Training: 8:30AM-5PM CT Monday-Friday for 4 weeks

 

We are seeking a Service Center Support rep who can work remotely from home and provide customer service to injured workers.

 

Responsibility

  • Takes incoming calls from injured workers seeking medical attention from doctors.
  • Ensures injured workes have all the necessary paperwork to seek treatment.
  • Provides administrative processes support for routine "back office" tasks such as data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 

Requirements: 

  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Computer Skills
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology 

Preferred:

  • Bilingual Spanish - Fluent (Takes Spanish speaking calls)
