Job Summary
The Facility Coordinator supports the mission of Campus Recreation to provide unparalleled recreation programs, services, and facilities that support students in living active lives of meaning and purpose.
This position under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Facilities and Operations provides safe, clean, and welcoming recreational facilities for facilities to students and the university community. Responsibilities include assisting with all facility operations, including hiring, training, and supervising student staff, managing facility schedules for open recreation and events, monitoring facility maintenance and cleanliness, conducting assessment of operational and student learning outcomes, plus other job-related duties as assigned. The Facility Coordinator will also assist with development of policies and procedures and risk management processes.
Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.

Prefer a Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years of facilities or university campus education experience, or equivalent. Will be expected to complete the American Red Cross CPR Instructor certification within 90 days of hire.
