Job Description: The Senior HR Business Partner is a trusted advisor to business leaders, collaborating across teams to deliver HR leadership in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, engagement, compliance, and organizational development. You'll lead efforts that align people strategies with business goals, helping build a resilient, future-ready workforce.
Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, promoting innovation, agility, and operational excellence.
  • Lead strategic initiatives in organizational design, change management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with Talent team to support workforce planning initiatives and recruitment strategies that attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent.
  • Partner with business leaders to support team effectiveness, leadership development, and a thriving culture through strategic input.
  • Ensure compliance with evolving employment laws and lead internal investigations, as needed.
  • Advise on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance management process that support continuous feedback and development.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and shape proactive strategies.
  • Coach leaders through organizational changes and provide targeted communications and engagement plans.
  • Mentor junior HR team members, fostering knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and support additional responsibilities, as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management or equivalent education. (Typically six years of related, progressive work experience would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess a bachelor's degree.)
  • Eight or more years of experience in human resources with emphasis in employee relations and or talent management/recruiting.
  • Collaborative leadership skills and the ability to guide decisions that align with both management and labor expectations.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies that directly support organizational goals, transformation initiatives, and growth.
  • Deep knowledge of key HR disciplines including organizational development, workforce planning, leadership coaching, performance management, employee relations, and change management.
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Strong consulting and relationship building skills in resolving sensitive matters. Ability to challenge constructively while driving alignment at the C-Suite and senior leadership level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to extract and analyze HR data.
