Bestica is hiring a Medical Support Technicians to provide services at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) 3801 Miranda Avenue located in Palo Alto CA 94304

Scope: The employee will provide medical supply processing, storage, and distribution of consumable supplies, sterile supplies, and the utilization of automated point of use systems in wards, clinics, and operating rooms. The range of MST services are the same as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of the quality, meeting or exceedingly currently recognized national standards as established by a state, territory, or commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the US or in the District of Columbia.

Work Schedule: Multiple Shifts to include: 0700 AM-0330 PM; 0730AM-4000PM; 0800AM-0430PM; 1030AM-0700PM; 1130AM-0800PM; 1230PM-900PM; 0330PM-1200AM; 1200 AM – 0830 AM.

• Minimum two years of experience within the last 3 years working as a Medical Support Technician.
• Distributing supplies based on requirements and delivering them in a timely and functional condition.
• Pulling, replenishing, monitoring stock levels (including expiration dates and critical supplies), and conducting daily inventory using barcoding
• Providing information to customers and addressing any concerns.
• Receiving supplies into the medical center.
