Program Manager – Foreign Military Sales - Military veterans preferred

Join the prestigious Team at EVS to provide expert program and project management support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation research initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with program leadership to oversee cost, schedule, and performance, directly supporting U.S. Navy efforts to advance national security objectives through international partnerships.

You'll leverage tools like Microsoft Excel for budget analysis and tracking, Microsoft Project for schedule management, Microsoft Word for developing technical and contractual documentation, and Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations. Central to your success will be strong communication skills to ensure alignment across stakeholders and deliver results that meet mission goals and quality expectations.

• 10+ years of experience in program management within Engineering, Science, Operations Research, Financial Analysis, or Cost Analysis
  
• Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs or operations
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  
• Experience working with international stakeholders
  
• Proven ability to manage program risks, issues, and opportunities
  
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to evolving client needs
  
• Ability to collaborate across diverse organizations, including partner nations and cross-functional teams
  
• Skilled in preparing briefings and responding to data calls
  
• Active Secret security clearance
  
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  

Preferred:

• Experience managing FMS cases through development and execution phases
  
• Familiarity with strategic planning or process improvement initiatives
  
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, Power BI, or Power Apps
  
• Knowledge of Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), MISIL, SCIP, Information Warehouse (IW), or Navy ERP
  
• Background in financial or cost analysis
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
