 What You Will Do:? 

· Collaborate with WSB Project Managers and outside engineering firms to create, publish and manage iModels in Bentley Infrastructure Cloud. 

· Understand and manage data within ProjectWise Design Integration. This will include multiple file types, multiple authoring tools (both Bentley and non-Bentley) and data from other sources. 

· Quickly understand what data is available for a given project, collect it in an organized way, and publish it to an iModel to be used as a design and construction management tool. 

· Implement and execute strategies for design and construction management in a model-centric environment using Bentley Infrastructure Cloud. The ability to understand those who build the work and their needs is critical for success in this role. 

· Work closely with a team of engineers and engineering technicians to train and execute best practices and workflows. 

· The ability to learn and adapt to new situations in a prompt manner. 

· Have a forward-thinking mindset. Being able to work today while thinking about the future will allow for success in this position. 

· Heavy emphasis on communication skills to be used in training, troubleshooting, and executing custom workflows and solutions for our clients – both internal and external. 

· Some travel will be required to work directly with project teams 

· Deliverables focus, not tools focus. Operationalize the model for successful outcomes. 

 
Success in this role requires an understanding of real-world construction problems and how they can be solved with the best 3D/4D tools available. As you advance in your career, you may also plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure that projects are delivered within prescribed time frames and budgets. The coordination activities include regular communication with the client, project schedule and budget oversight and subconsultant coordination. 

What You Will Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Engineering, Architecture or similar degree from an accredited school, and 2+ years of experience in transportation engineering or related field is preferred, but not required. 

· You will have the ability to prepare, read and understand construction plans and technical documents and have a strong understanding of engineering software packages, specifically Bentley OpenRoads, SYNCHRO, ProjectWise, OpenBridge Modeler, Civil 3D, and SYNCHRO 4D Pro. 

· Additional experience with ProjectWise, iTwin, ArcGIS, & Autodesk Products is a plus, but not required. 

· Candidates must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. 

· Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic will allow you to excel in this position.
