Position Summary:

This position is an entry level operator position.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Operate Duplex CFM equipment.
  • Perform CFM processes to the standard work.
  • Follow and ensure adherence to cGMP’s
  • Contribute and participate in continuous improvement programs including LPMS, 6S, Work Group Action Sheets.
  • Participate in the daily shift startup meeting.
  • Perform visual and functional tests on the product.
  • Monitor production quality and take action according to the standard work / SOP.
  • Perform line clearance per SOP
  • Complete appropriate documentation including batch records, log books, as required, following good documentation practices.
  • Perform cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting of designated areas.
  • Maintain work area to the 6S standard.
  • Adhere to all safety and good housekeeping regulations.

Expertise: Qualifications - Experience/Training/Education/Etc

Required:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Successful passing of the SAT I test.
  • No previous experience required.
  • Up to 6 months on the job training.

Desired:

  • Previous production experience preferred.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, understand, and effectively communicate job related information in English.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, cGMP's, and OSHA regulations.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently lift or carry up to 50 pounds. Push/pull, reaching upward/downward. Occasionally lift or carry 50 to 100 pounds with assistance.

Work Environment:

  • Factory environment with exposure to some amount of noise. Personal Protective Equipment will be required.
