In this job you will:

Be the face of our Corporate Head Office of DHL Supply Chain Australia.  Exciting opportunity for a dynamic and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team.   You'll overcome daily challenges to ensure the office run smoothly. Your dedication to front office management will set you and this role apart.

  • Greet all visitors
  • Site Administration
  • Data entry for site
  • Assist with Account Administration activities
  • Account POD & Delivery Invoice Filing
  • Pallet coordination
  • Reception & Invoice Management

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

  • Experience in a front office environment
  • Ideally have a 3PL or Supply Chain background
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Demonstrated communication skills (oral & written) and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with exceptional attention to detail
