About the Role:
The Procurement organization's primary focus is on achieving cost savings and optimizing resources. The Corporate Meetings team takes full ownership of the meetings and events sourcing process, which encompasses developing category strategies, conducting spend and market analysis, managing RFP processes, contract negotiations, and maintaining supplier relationships. This team implements comprehensive sourcing strategies to optimize meeting and event procurement across the organization.
What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end RFP processes for hotels, event agencies, and suppliers covering room blocks, logistics, production, and other event requirements

  • Negotiate and review supplier contracts to secure optimal pricing, concessions, and terms that meet cost-saving targets

  • Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to maximize value and drive continuous cost improvements

  • Implement system automation for reporting and process scalability across the procurement lifecycle

  • Analyze spend data to identify and execute new category sourcing opportunities that deliver organizational value


  • What You’ll Need:

    • 5+ years of relevant experience with proven expertise in meetings management and venue sourcing
    • Demonstrated success in contract negotiations and delivering cost savings initiatives
    • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite applications, particularly Google Slides
    • Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities
    • Experience managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships
