Job Summary
The Administrative Business Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of several Institute programs, ensuring full compliance with university and funding agency requirements. This position supports programmatic success by developing and monitoring detailed work schedules, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget. The role requires proactive collaboration with program staff to maintain alignment with contract scopes, identify risks or inefficiencies, and implement solutions to optimize program operations.

In addition, the Administrative Business Officer conducts performance and efficiency analyses, establishes and refines best practices, and ensures proper documentation of workflows, procedures, and program standards. This position plays a critical role in driving continuous improvement, promoting accountability, and supporting high-quality service delivery across Institute programs.
