Position_Description :

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with project coordination, documentation, and subcontract management
  • Track expenses, quantities, and change orders for cost control
  • Support scheduling, permitting, and utility setup
  • Maintain RFIs, submittals, and drawing revisions
  • Help ensure safety compliance and weekly inspections
  • Contribute to project closeouts and daily reporting
  • Take on additional duties as needed to support project success




Position Requirements :

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training and experience
  • 6 months to 3 years of construction experience, preferably in heavy civil projects (including internships)
  • Familiarity with field practices and procedures related to highway and road construction
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to lead by influence and drive positive results
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must pass criminal and driving background checks
