Base salary: $67,671 - $80,000 (a location-based pay differential may be provided based on employees base of designation).

Job Summary:
School for International Training seeks an Associate Director to join the University Relations team. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and management oversight for a team of University Relations Managers to drive enrollment growth across a portfolio of institutional partners. This role supports the development of meaningful partnerships with U.S. colleges and universities, and mission-driven organizations to drive enrollment in SIT's study abroad and graduate programs.
This role is ideal for an experienced strategic and collaborative team leader who combines a target-driven mindset with a relationship-oriented approach. You bring a thoughtful, data-informed perspective to guiding a team, and identifying institutional growth opportunities. As Associate Director, you will work closely with University Relations leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans that drive enrollment growth, support team performance, and enhance the organization's institutional reach and impact.

Requirements
Experience/Education:
Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in education or a sales-related field
At least 4 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or consultative sales
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing staff
Qualifications:
Strong ability to represent SIT professionally and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including university and college administrators, faculty, staff, students, and alumni
Demonstrated expertise in managing direct reports and leading remote teams
Demonstrated commitment to access efforts
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for institutional visits and related engagements
Skilled in motivating teams through clear communication, strategic coaching, and impactful leadership
Ability to occasionally perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes (25–30 pounds) and arranging furniture for meetings or events
