Your Typical Day 

• Invoicing of Special Bill Customers 

• Strive to bill all jobs no more than 48 hours after they have been completed in ServiceTrade 

• Properly submitting all invoices (portal, email, USPS)

• Reviews and posts receipts and payments to appropriate ledgers, spreadsheets, records, and databases

• Take an active role in collection efforts for assigned customers

• Electronic record retention
  

What Will You Bring? 

• High School Diploma or GED with 1-year billing experience

• Ability to verbally communicate with customers

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages

• NetSuite SeviceTrade, SalesForce, various customer portals, and CMS

• Spreadsheet and Word processing software (Word, Excel, Gmail, etc.)
