We’re searching for a Product Manager to join our Government & Commercial Division team, so that we can continue redefining mission critical readiness across Defense, Maritime, and Engineering sectors. The Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, and commercial success of our flagship OneView platform to ensure it continues to deliver measurable impact across existing and emerging markets.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle to maximise commercial and customer success.
  • Creating compelling product strategies and roadmaps in order to drive adoption, revenue, and margin.
  • Defining and executing the product vision to ensure alignment with business goals and market needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and evolve go-to-market plans and initiatives.
  • Driving product innovation and AI integration to keep OneView ahead of industry trends and challenges.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within Defense, Uniformed Services, or Maritime industries.
  • Track record of managing full product lifecycles and achieving commercial success.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to comes-driven environment with autonomy and ambition.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing product-related KPIs.
  • Familiarity with agile software development processes.
  • A passion for solving real-world problems and helping customers anticipate, act, and excel.
