About the Position
We are looking for an Outpatient Clinical Manager to join our team on-site at our Central Clinic in Medford, Oregon. The Outpatient Clinical Manager will provide clinical supervision to our Outpatient Services' Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) staff. They will adopt and implement administrative and clinical supervision practices that promote staff development and resilience. They will ensure that all staff receive training and regular performance evaluations.
The Outpatient Clinical Manager will also manage clinic activities such as coordination with referring partners, delegating work assignments, and coordinating clinic schedules. They will apply and capture meaningful metrics to measure the Outpatient Program's progress towards stated goals and report outcomes on a regular basis. The Outpatient Clinical Manager may also perform certain mental health functions such as consultation and individual and group therapy.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
What You’ll Make
$7,291.66 - $8,333.33 per month DOE/Credentials.
Additional compensation offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
About the Program
Our Outpatient Program provides assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, and provides clinically indicated outpatient therapy, case management, skills training, and psychiatric (medication) services. The outpatient clinics encompass our traditional outpatient services (therapy and case management) as well as our Psychiatric Services team, Community Based Programs (to include Intensive Case Management and Supported Employment) and Substance Used Disorder (SUD) modalities. This includes primarily onsite staff, however, does also include some telehealth/remote staff for specific positions.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
What You’ll Need
Successful applicants MUST also have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
