You will design, develop, and deploy an AI-powered chatbot using Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents). You will also blend technical development with business context to deliver a solution that scales and evolves starting with a lean, high-value Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

Responsibilities

• Leads the buildout of chatbots enterprise-wide
• Integrates chatbot workflows with Epicor P21, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and other business systems (on-premises or hybrid)
• Defines and structures knowledge bases, intents, and trigger phrases based on real sales rep needs
• Designs conversational flows that are intuitive, accurate, and context-aware
• Collaborates with marketing, sales operations, and information technology to ensure relevance and data integrity

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (esp. Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse).

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Strong background in building and integrating enterprise chatbots or conversational AI tools
• Proven success integrating with Enterprise Resource Programs (ERP) (P21 preferred) and CRM platforms via Application Programming Interface (API’s), connectors, or Azure services
• Experience using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or custom connectors to bridge on-prem systems
• Working knowledge of data mapping, entity design, and conversational User Experience (UX) best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
• Familiarity with Epicor P21 schema and business logic
• Prior experience working in manufacturing or industrial B2B environments
• Experience building secure user role-based interfaces (e.g., different permissions for inside vs. outside sales)
