Qualifications:
• Preferably university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of senior management experience within operations in the supply chain sector
• Strong business acumen with experience in operations management and P&L responsibility
• Experience in leading large and complex customer accounts; LLP experience is a strong asset
• Knowledge of customer trends and supply chain dynamics across multiple countries
• Advanced stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of Transport Management Systems, BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), and customer service platforms
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
• Strong leadership, team-building and coaching abilities
• High cultural awareness and ability to work with geographically dispersed teams

Job Description:
• Leading the overall customer account and ensuring operational excellence across all functions
• Managing service performance, operational KPIs and delivering continuous improvement
• Driving strategic initiatives and supply chain innovation aligned with customer goals
• Coordinating cross-functional LLP teams (Control Tower, IT, Finance, Data Analytics, HR, Ops Excellence, etc.) to meet customer expectations
• Identifying and executing cost saving and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Leading business transformation programs and ensuring delivery of new business projects
• Orchestrating change management and value creation for both customer and DHL
• Ensuring compliance with corporate, legislative, and quality standards
• Engaging and developing the account team while fostering a culture of collaboration and feedback
• Leading organic growth efforts and participating in RFQ processes
