Qualifications:
• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant – candidates with strong sector-specific experience will also be considered
• Strong business partnering mindset with proven ability to challenge and influence at senior levels
• Solid experience in financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ability to interpret financial data and connect with operational performance
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building capability across finance and operational teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed and multi-country environment
• Experience managing or mentoring a team, with a focus on development and succession planning
• Familiarity with open-book contracts and cost performance monitoring is desirable
• High attention to detail while maintaining broader strategic understanding
• Proficiency in English

Job Description:
• Act as the finance lead for key LLP contracts, representing finance in customer meetings and reviews
• Partner closely with operational leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting and performance optimization
• Lead the creation, review, and submission of forecasts, budgets, and month-end trading results
• Ensure strong control and compliance on passthrough cost management, balance sheet items, and working capital
• Provide financial insight and guidance to contract management teams, supporting EBIT and EAC improvement plans
• Manage and develop a small finance team, ensuring delivery to KPIs and service level expectations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and tools
• Support development of commercial acumen within finance and non-finance teams
• Ensure alignment with DPDHL policies, legal and regulatory requirements
• Act as a central point of contact for all finance-related matters concerning the supported contracts
• Drive team engagement through regular one-to-ones, performance discussions, and EOS actions
