Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or technical qualification is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of logistics or operational experience, with at least 3 years in business analysis, due diligence, continuous improvement or solutions design
• Demonstrated experience managing complex supply chain design or transformation projects
• Strong analytical and process mapping skills (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency is essential)
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong understanding of warehouse, transport and IT capabilities in logistics operations
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
• Able to work across multiple regions and adapt in cross-cultural environments
• Financial awareness and ability to evaluate cost models and business cases
Job Description:
• Conduct due diligence activities by working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand and document current state operations and requirements
• Lead customer workshops and site visits to gather process, system and performance data
• Build business requirement documents and support operational and technical design teams in shaping optimal solutions
• Re-engineer supply chain processes to improve service and reduce cost
• Present findings and improvement opportunities through compelling business cases
• Actively support user acceptance testing (UAT), training documentation and go-live readiness
• Coordinate with operations, IT, finance and project teams during implementations
• Provide operational insight to system design teams to ensure business alignment
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives for existing LLP operations
• Promote sharing of best practices across the business
• Build strong relationships with external customers and internal cross-functional teams
