Qualifications:
• Preferably bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of IT experience in logistics or supply chain sectors
• Experience in IT deployment and project/implementation management
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must; French and Spanish are desirable
• Very good command of MS Office tools and IT systems
• Strong skills in internal/external customer management and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of IT Service Management and Change Management processes
• Able to manage IT suppliers and project teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality targets
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple international projects simultaneously
• High customer focus and teamwork spirit

Job Description:
• Leading IT deployment activities for new business wins and key organic growth projects across multiple countries (e.g., UK, Spain, Turkey, Poland)
• Supporting due diligence and validating IT solutions during early project phases
• Ensuring smooth project implementation by managing project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinating between operations, customers, suppliers, and internal IT teams to ensure efficient delivery
• Supporting IT strategy alignment with customer and business needs
• Leading IT training for new users and maintaining relevant documentation
• Driving digital innovation and standardized delivery processes across deployments
• Managing IT change, release, and service performance in line with SLAs and IT governance
• Building strong networks within the organization and externally to support project success
• Supporting system and process improvement by gathering business requirements and identifying integrated solutions
