MHE Trainer - Military veterans preferred

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 6:30am-3pm (may occasionally work nights when required)

We're now looking for a MHE Trainer to identify, co-ordinate and conduct all warehouse training requirements within the Operation.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Produce and update training materials
• Organise and deliver training both in the classroom and on the job
• Conduct on the job inductions for new colleagues
• Review, identify, plan and conduct ongoing training requirements for colleagues on site
• May be required to travel for training purposes

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Must be RTITB trained or equivalent – train the trainer qualification
• Experience working within a supply chain environment/warehouse – desirable
