Overall Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR functions, preferably within the 3PL or Manufacturing industry. This role requires strong expertise in vendor management, statutory compliance, labor laws, and excellent presentation and communication skills.

As a strategic partner to the business, the HRBP will be responsible for driving HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining productive relationships with external partners and vendors.

Exposure to handling multi-site operations. Ability to build strong relationships across functions and with external stakeholders. High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

Key capabilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to business units by aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, performance monitoring, contract management, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, contract labor regulations, and applicable state acts.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate organizational risks related to labor and HR issues.
  • Collaborate with line managers on manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce deployment strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate HR audits, inspections, and labor office interactions.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership on HR metrics, workforce trends, and compliance reports.
  • Promote a performance-driven culture by supporting performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and vendor records.
